(Bill) Kincaid

Augusta Lions Club member
Bill Kincaid was elected Second Vice District Governor
of District 17-S for the 2010-2011 Lions year. Lion Bill
has been a member of the Augusta Lions Club since
mid-1972 with a few breaks for military assignments
outside of Kansas.
VDG Bill has held all of the
leadership offices in the Augusta Lions Club and has
been Zone Chairman for Region 1, Zone 1, District 17-KW.
Lion Bill has been President of the Augusta Lions four
times and has been Secretary for the past five years.
Lion Bill is retired from
the United States Air Force Reserve and is retired from
The Boeing Company. Bill attained the rank of Lieutenant
Colonel in the USAF and was a Procurement Officer with
Boeing. Bill has a Masters Degree from the University of
Southern California in Systems Management.
VDG Bill and wife Lion
Sherry have two grown daughters and no grandchildren.
Bill does volunteer work at McConnell AFB as a tax
advisor. |
